Items may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receipt in their original, new and resalable condition via prepaid insured mail (C.O.D. deliveries not accepted). Returned, cancelled or exchanged items must be re-tagged, re-inventoried & polished before they can be resold; therefore cancelled, returned or exchanged orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Sale items are non-returnable.
Any item purchased needing repair THAT IS REPAIRABLE will be free of charge. This does not include items cleaned in jewelry cleaning solutions or pieces that are broken beyond repair. This does not include replacing missing stones as missing stones are intentional. This does not include replacement of lost fobs or charms. Customer will pay all shipping charges both ways. Any repairs will be contingent upon material availability and the nature of repair. This does not apply to replacing lost fobs or charms. Replacement cost and style of lost fobs or charms will vary as no piece is identical. Repair time will vary depending on the repair and the availability of materials.
